By accessing or using MangoMods (the “Site”) and/or purchasing any products, tools, scripts, files, or licenses from MangoMods (“Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site or purchase any Products.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase Products. By purchasing or using Products you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3.1. Limited, Non-Transferable License. Upon purchase, MangoMods grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Product subject to these Terms. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, MangoMods retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Products.
3.2. HWID Locking & Keys. Many Products require activation via a license key that is HWID-locked (tied to a specific hardware ID). Keys are intended for use by the purchaser only. You may not transfer, resell, share, publish, or distribute your license key or activation data. Sharing keys will result in immediate blacklisting and termination of access for the key and any associated accounts.
3.3. No Resale or Redistribution. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, sublicense, transfer, or share the Products, files, source code, or any portion thereof.
You agree not to:
5.1. Enforcement. MangoMods may suspend, blacklist, revoke, or terminate access to Products or user accounts at our discretion for breaches of these Terms, unauthorized sharing, chargebacks, or suspicious activity.
5.2. Blacklisting. Users who share keys or files — or whose keys are detected in unauthorized environments — will be blacklisted. Blacklisting is permanent and may include reporting to payment processors.
5.3. No Refund Following Blacklisting. If you are blacklisted for violating these Terms (including sharing files or keys), you forfeit any right to a refund unless otherwise required by law.
6.1. Use At Your Own Risk. Use of our Products may violate third-party terms of service (for example, game publishers’ EULAs) and can result in account suspensions, penalties, or bans. You assume full responsibility for using Products.
6.2. No Liability for Bans. MangoMods is not liable and disclaims all responsibility for any penalty, loss, suspension, ban, or other consequence imposed by third parties (including game publishers, platforms, or service providers). We do not guarantee that use of any Product will prevent detection or bans.
7.1. Refund Policy. Refunds are provided only as described on the Site or at our discretion. For digital Products, refunds are generally not provided once a key or file has been issued or downloaded. Check the Site’s refund policy for specifics.
7.2. Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate termination, blacklisting, and collection actions to recover fees. If a chargeback is reversed in our favor you may be assessed chargeback-related fees.
All trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, and content on the Site and in Products are the property of MangoMods or its licensors. You may not use MangoMods’ trademarks or logos without prior written permission.
Products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MangoMods expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that Products are error-free or undetectable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MangoMods and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or connected to these Terms or your use of Products, even if MangoMods has been advised of the possibility of such damages. MangoMods’ total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to MangoMods for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim in the 6 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold MangoMods harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of Products, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
MangoMods may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Products at any time with or without notice for violation of these Terms or other policies. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of NY/USA. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in NY/USA. If you are located outside this jurisdiction, you agree to jurisdiction in those courts.
MangoMods may change or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MangoMods regarding the subject matter and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
